Much of our campaigning is organised through this community, and everyone is welcome. Whether you have lots of time to give or just a little, there’s a way for you to play a part. All we ask is that you share our passion and commitment to creating a better future for the dogs at MBR Acres. We’re a friendly, supportive bunch, so come join us on WhatsApp if you’d like to get more involved.

Next week, on Sunday 6 September, we’ll be gathering outside MBR Acres from 12 noon for a peaceful vigil, led by our lovely campaigner Beth. Beth has planned a really thoughtful afternoon, with poetry readings, live music, stone painting and laying flowers, leading to an important moment of silence for the dogs. If you’ve never been to MBR Acres before, please don’t feel nervous about coming along. It can be an emotional place to visit, but you’ll be surrounded by kind, like-minded people who will be there to support each other. Simply being there is a powerful way to show that these dogs are seen, remembered and cared about.

We’re also getting very close to the Global March to Abolish Animal Testing, and Save the Dogs will be taking part on two dates. Please RSVP using the links below if you’re coming, so we can make sure we’re ready to welcome and support everyone on the day.

You can also add your own event to our calendar which helps more people find it, so join in and take action. Help us build momentum, grow our collective voice and show the country just how many of us are standing up for change.
