Fund the Campaign

Every leaflet, every march and every letter to an MP costs something. Nobody running this campaign is paid, so every pound you give goes on the work to close MBR Acres.

Where your money goes

  • A proper legal entity

    Donations go to Save the Dogs UK Ltd, a company limited by guarantee registered in England and Wales (no. 17493436), and into its own business bank account. Not to a person, not to a personal PayPal.

  • Every pound goes to the campaign

    All funds are spent on the lawful, public campaign to end beagle breeding at MBR Acres. Nothing else.

  • Nobody is paid. Ever.

    No salaries, no fees, no allowances, for anyone, directors included. The only money that reaches an individual is the repayment of a receipted expense they paid for the campaign, and every one is in the accounts.

  • Accounts published twice a year

    Every six months we publish what came in and what went out, on this page, for anyone to read. Donors are never named.

What it pays for

  • Leaflets, posters and banners for outreach and events
  • Marches, vigils and other public events
  • Legal advice, so the campaign stays on the right side of the law
  • The website, email and the tools supporters use to write to their MPs

What it never pays for

Wages, fees or anyone’s personal costs. Nor anything unlawful: this is an open, public campaign, and donations fund only lawful activity.

Our accounts

We publish a statement of income and spending every six months. Each one is listed here as soon as it is ready. Individual donors are never named.
