Email link generator.

Write an email here and get a link. Anyone who taps it gets their own email app open with the whole thing already written — the address, the subject, the message. All they do is press send.

That last part is why we use these rather than a form on the site. Every email arrives from a real person’s own address, so a hundred of them read as a hundred people — not one campaign sending a hundred copies of the same thing. It also means we never hold anyone’s message: nothing typed on this page is stored or sent anywhere, the link is built in your browser.

Start from a template (optional)

These fill the boxes in. Read every word and change it before you share the link — the ask moves, the template doesn’t.

Several addresses? Separate them with commas. Plain addresses only — [email protected], not Jane <[email protected]>, which some email apps refuse to parse.

Your link

Fill in at least one box above and your link appears here.

Where to put it

Instagram / TikTok bio

Paste it as your link, or put it behind a Linktree entry. Tapping it opens the follower’s own email app with the message ready.

Stories & posts

A link sticker on a story takes people straight into a pre-written email. Say what the ask is in the post itself — never make people tap to find out.

WhatsApp & group chats

Paste the link straight into the message. It’s long and it looks technical, so put a line of your own above it explaining what it does.

A QR code

Any free QR generator will take the link. Good for flyers, stickers and stalls — someone scans it and their phone opens the email.

A web page or newsletter

Use “Copy HTML button” instead, so it shows as a normal link rather than a wall of text.

Before you share one

Test it on your own phone first. Press “Test it”, read what opens, and scroll to the bottom to check nothing has been cut off. A broken link that reaches ten thousand people is ten thousand people who tried.

Write it so a stranger can send it as-is. Leave [square brackets]where someone needs to put their own name or town, and say so in your post. Anything you don’t mark up will go out exactly as you wrote it, in their name.

Keep the tone the campaign’s. Factual, measured, lawful, never abusive or threatening — you’re putting words in other people’s mouths and they’ll be read as ours. If you wouldn’t want it screenshotted next to our name, don’t generate it.

Don’t aim it at a private individual. Public offices, companies and press desks only. And never put anyone’s personal address into a link that goes out publicly.

Nothing goes near a big blast without the group. One person’s wording landing in an MP’s or a company’s inbox a thousand times is a campaign action. Check it in the WhatsApp community before you push it.
